Provider Data Collection Application

The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) has started the process to engage with Counties to implement the requirements for the monthly 274 network adequacy reporting. The purpose of this web application is capture, modify, and update all existing providers providing service to Medi-Cal beneficiaries for each agency to capture monthly. This data will be updated monthly and leveraged for network adequacy reporting to the state. The goal is to improve efficiencies, minimize errors and reduce the manual process of Excel workbook submissions.
